Privacy policy

When you scan an item, see2sell receives the photo you choose and any words you type. We use them only to work out what the item is and to look up recent sales for it.

Photos. The photo is sent to our AI provider, xAI, to identify the item. See2sell does not keep your photos.

Searches. The name of the item is sent to our data provider, Apify, to look up sold listings. Item names and the sales found are kept in a shared cache so repeat searches are fast. The cache holds no personal information.

On your device. Your history, plan and remaining glances are saved in your browser. Clearing your browser data removes them. We do not crawl your camera roll, contacts or inbox.

Technical data. We use your IP address briefly to limit abuse. We do not sell personal information.

Payments. When payments go live they will be handled by Stripe. Card details are not stored by see2sell.
